How do I book a resort or hotel and when is my booking confirmed?
Please follow the steps mentioned in the section How to book in the menu.
Are the rates per room or per person and is breakfast included? The rates mentioned are per room/bungalow per night. Whether breakfast is included and the charges for extra beds and/or persons are subject to the resort or hotel policy and mentioned under the booking details and restrictions.
Is there a minimum stay? This is depending on the policy of the resort. Most resorts and hotels require a minimum stay around Full Moon, Christmas or New Year. Note the applicable booking restrictions per resort below the price table.
What is your cancellation policy? Refunds are depending on the policy of each individual resort. In most cases cancellations are only possible at least 1 month prior to check-in date. The administration fee of 500 baht (€10) is on no account refundable.

What other methods of payment do you accept?
You can choose to pay by using a PayPal account or by credit card. Using Paypal is easy, secure and it is free. PayPal is the largest company handling online payments. Signing up is simple, you can do so on PayPal's website. A few days after registering when your credit card is validated you can transfer directly into our PayPal account. Our account is listed in the Netherlands, since PayPal doesn’t provide service in Thailand yet.
How exactly do I pay?
To pay the deposit follow the link in our email. You will be directed to PayPal. Fill in the amount of deposit as mentioned in our email and click "Update Totals". After that you can choose to log in to your PayPal account or to pay by credit card. The credit card option is mentioned on the bottom left.
How do you know that the payment is coming from me?
The email address you provide while paying makes it possible for us to link the payment to your booking. If you want you can also enter your bookings number as stated in our email (something like "1234-ABC") so we can link the payment to your reservation.
Is it secure to pay online? Paying through PayPal (either with an account or just with a credit card) is very easy and secure. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) to encrypt all confidential information. What currencies do you accept payment in? Our prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) but payments will in general be made in Euros. When converting the total amount into Euros we will calculate the currency rate on the day we will send you our e-mail stating the the total costs. Click here for a currency converter
I encounter problems trying to pay, what can I do?
In case you encounter problems with opening the payment link or you can not pay by credit card without signing up for PayPal, please try another browser program. It can help to clear the cache of your browser. If you encounter problems and don't know what to do, please send us an email. We will then email you a solution and we will keep the room(s) a bit longer for you.

What do you do with my personal data? We only collect some identifying information about you to handle your booking as good and quickly as possible. We have the utmost respect for your privacy and security and will therefore never disclose, distribute or sell this information to any third party.
