Ban Tai Koh Phangan is a small fisherman village in the South West where you will be able to find a pleasantly tranquil feel. Ban Tai is also home for the famous Half Moon party and Black Moon party. Tourists tend to visit Ban Tai beach for several reasons: the gorgeous sandy-white beach, the authentic Thai restaurants and the cosy Ban Tai marina where you will be able to rent boats and go on fishing trips. For those of you who plan to pop by especially for the Half Moon Party or Black Moon Party – you will not be disappointed: mind blowing decoration, intelligent trance music, beautiful people and most important – strong energetic vibe is in the air throughout the whole evening. The Black Moon Party is held once a month on the beach and the Half Moon Party is held twice a month in the jungle. On both parties mainly progressive and trance music is being played by the dj’s.
