1. Privacy and use of personal information You shall provide a correct e-mail address and/or other contact details to us and acknowledge that we may use these details to contact you in the event that this should be necessary relating to your booking. If you do not give us all of the information needed, we may not be able to complete your booking. We have the utmost respect for your privacy and security and will therefore never disclose, distribute or sell the information to any third party. We respect your privacy and your data are being kept secure in our database.
2. Making a Booking Any reservation request (enquiry) made by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you which we may, at our choice, accept. No contract will exist until payment of the required deposit and the administration fee of 500 Thai baht due to us is received and the booking is confirmed by the resort to us and by us to you. All rooms and prices on the website are subject to availability. You must present your booking confirmation details to the resort upon arrival as they are proof of pre-payment for both you and the resort. It is your responsibility to check the confirmation and ensure that all of the details are correct. Accommodation will only be provided in accordance with the details in the confirmation. Where the details on the confirmation are not correct, you should contact us prior to arrival at
In the event of a resort being or becoming unavailable, we will suggest alternatives matching your criteria of price and location.
3. Accuracy of Information This website is owned by Stranded Int. Co. Ltd and acts as an intermediate between resorts and users in order to provide users with the possibility to search and book accommodation online. The information about the resorts and ratings are compiled from information provided by the resorts, our own experience and feedback from our customers. We publish such information in good faith, based on the information provided. Although we take the greatest possible care to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate, no liability of any nature or kind whatsoever can be accepted by us in the event that the information provided turns out to be inaccurate, in error or misleading.
4. Complaints Any complaint regarding the resort or its services must be notified to the resort. No liability of any nature or kind whatsoever is accepted by us in terms of services, facilities and the condition of the hotel or resort or any conflict with the staff. The management of the hotel or resort is solely responsible. However, if you have any complaints please notify us at
Depending on the complaint we can then decide not to offer the particular resort on our website anymore.
5. Cancellation Refunds are depending on the policy of each individual resort. In most cases a refund is possible for cancellations at least 1 month prior to check-in date. However, the administration fee of 500 Thai baht is on no account refundable, regardless of when the cancellation takes place.
6. Use of Site You may only use this website to make legitimate enquiries or bookings. If we are of the opinion that any false or improper bookings are made we shall be entitled to cancel the booking. You agree not to upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. You shall not perform any actions or authorize any third party to perform any actions which could interrupt, reproduce, store, retransmit, publish, damage, render less efficient, corrupt or in any way alter this website. All intellectual property and information on this site is ours or is licensed to us and you shall not copy these without our permission. This does not prevent you using this website to the extent necessary to make a copy of any booking details.
7. Disclaimer Stranded Int Co. Ltd shall not be liable for any events, occurrences or accidents relating directly or indirectly to the use or occupancy of the resort or its related services, including claims for personal injuries and property damage or any other loss or damage of any kind whatsoever. Stranded Int. Co. Ltd shall not accept any liability of any nature arising either directly or indirectly from the use of this website. Due to the open nature of this website and the potential for errors in the storage and transmission of digital information, we do not warrant the accuracy and security of information transmitted to or obtained from this website unless otherwise expressly set out on this website. We disclaim any liability for links from or to this website.
8. Amendment of the Terms The terms and information contained on this website may change from time to time without notice. Each time you use this website you will be bound by the then current terms and you should review these each time you make a booking to satisfy yourself that you agree with them.
9. Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand the courts of which shall be the non-exclusive courts of competent jurisdiction.
