Location Chaloklum (or Chaloklam) is the island’s major fishing village in the North, a 20 minutes drive from main town Thong Sala. Chaloklum Bay Resort is located on the western side of the broad white sand beach of Chaloklum. From here you can do nice daytrips by longtailboat for example to beautiful Bottle Beach and Thong Nai Pan beach.
About Chaloklum Bay Resort Chaloklum Bay Resort is built on a former coconut plantation and is a quiet beachfront resort with clean and modern Thai style bungalows. All bungalows, with a lot of space between them, face the beach and are positioned so that there is a sea view from every balcony. The resort has a nice swimming pool, a supermarket, jeeps, motorbikes and kayaks for rent and a travel agency with internet facilities. This resort is also a nice place to stay with children.
About the Rooms The resort has 24 bungalows, with fan or air-con and with two or three beds (family rooms). All air-con rooms come with hot water. The resort also has an excellent Honeymoon Suite with all amenities for a very romantic stay. All bungalows are clean and comfortable and have spacious balconies.
