Location
This resort is located right at the beach, just outside vibrant Haad Rin town on the sunset side of the island. From the resort, which is easy accessible from the main road to Haad Rin, it is only a 10 minutes walk to Haad Rin town. Haad Rin Sunset is more quiet than the sunrise side of Haad Rin and from here you have an excellent view over Koh Samui.

About Vimarn Samut
Vimarn Samut, meaning ‘Ocean Paradise’ in ancient Thai, is set in a nice garden with hammocks and is stylishly decorated with an eye for detail. The beachfront restaurant plays chill out music and is cosy with books, games, cushions, a cappuccino corner and a little beach bar. The restaurant serves both Thai and Western dishes. Make sure to try the delicious home speciality of stir fried shrimps with tamarind sauce.

About the Rooms
The modern two storey building accommodates 20 rooms, all nicely decorated with big windows and spacious balconies overlooking the garden and the sea. The resort has 3 room types: standard, premium and one suite. All rooms have sea view, air conditioning and hot water shower. The premium rooms also have a small refrigerator, TV/DVD player. The suite or family room has two rooms with separate bathrooms, a refrigerator and TV/DVD player.
