Booking in advance will give you peace of mind and ensures that you can stay in the accommodation of your choice. Moreover the best rooms are given to the customers on a first come first served basis so the best rooms are only available on the internet.

We don’t accept any payment from the resorts we offer in exchange for a listing. We only add resorts and hotels on Koh Phangan that meet our strict quality standards. Because we live here we can and will provide you with honest and unbiased information.

Any remark or complaint regarding the resort or hotel should be notified to them during your stay to give them opportunity to rectify the situation. Should you still have comments about your stay on Koh Phangan (good or bad), please let us know! We are continuously trying to improve our selection of resorts so your feedback will be highly appreciated.

The rates mentioned are per room/bungalow per night. Whether breakfast is included and the charges for extra beds and/or persons are subject to the resort or hotel policy and mentioned under the booking options and restrictions.

This is depending on the policy of the resort. Most resorts and hotels on Koh Phangan require a minimum stay around Full Moon, Christmas or New Year. Note the applicable booking restrictions per resort below the price table.

Refunds are depending on the policy of each individual resort. In most cases cancellations are only possible at least 1 month prior to check-in date. The administration fee (normally just 500 baht is on no account refundable.

You can choose to pay by using a credit card, a PayPal account, iDEAL, Bancontact/Mistercash, wire transfer or Directebanking. Using Paypal is easy, secure and it is free. PayPal is the largest company handling online payments. Our account is listed in the Netherlands, since PayPal doesn’t provide service in Thailand yet.

To pay the deposit follow the link in our email. You will be directed to our payment page where you can choose the preferred method of payment. For payment with a credit card or PayPal fill in the amount of deposit as mentioned in our email and click "Update Totals". After that you can choose to log in to your PayPal account or to pay by credit card. The credit card option is mentioned on the bottom left.

The email address you provide while paying makes it possible for us to link the payment to your booking. If you want you can also enter your bookings number as stated in our email (something like "1234-ABC") so we can link the payment to your reservation.

Paying through PayPal (either with an account or just with a credit card) is very easy and secure. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) to encrypt all confidential information. Our prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) but payments will in general be made in Euros. When converting the total amount into Euros we will calculate the currency rate on the day we will send you our e-mail stating the the total costs.

We only collect some identifying information about you to handle your booking as good and quickly as possible. We have the utmost respect for your privacy and security and will therefore never disclose, distribute or sell this information to any third party.
