Koh Phangan Information

Haad Rin and Leela Beach (or Haad Seekantang) are located on a small peninsula at the most Southeastern tip of Koh Phangan. Haad Rin is the epicentre of the famous Full Moon Party in Thailand and is the most lively area.

The Southwest with villages Thong Sala, Ban Khai and Ban Tai is a good choice for those who want to be near the nightlife while staying in a more quiet area.

The Northwest with villages Wok Tum, Srithanu, Haad Chao Phao, Haad Yao, Haad Salad and Chaloklum is known for its beautiful beaches, stunning sunsets and the best snorkeling and dive spots.

Thong Nai Pan Noi and Thong Nai Pan Yai in the Northeast of Koh Pha-Ngan are surrounded by jungle and known for the relaxed atmosphere and seclusion from the crowds.

The Southeast of Koh Phangan consists of a few secluded beaches like Haad Yuan. It is becoming more popular as it is close to Haad Rin (by longtail boat taxi).
